You will find below our responses to your most frequently asked questions, as well as help in using our site to your best advantage.

Exclusive
If you don't give your exclusive listing to us, please give it to someone, because if no broker has your business exclusively listed, then no one is going to seriously put any time and effort into properly selling it for the highest possible price. One brokerage company working for you on an exclusive basis will give you 100% time and effort; 10 brokers working on a non-exclusive basis will give you 0% time and effort. Play brokers invest their time and effort into nonexclusives; real brokers only invest their time and effort into their exclusives.

Price
Don't ask a price for your business that's too high. It turns off interested buyers before they even consider making you an offer, and it makes your business far more difficult for us to sell for the highest possible price. Ask just the right price in view of market conditions; your broker will help you determine that price.

Call-ins
Please help us sell your business for the highest possible price by contacting your broker once a week so that you can regularly update one another. We know that you are saying to yourself that it's the broker's job to call you, but please trust us, we do need your help. If you ever have a question or problem that you feel your broker can't solve, please feel free to call the owner of our company, Dejan Vojnovic, and he'll help you directly.

Commission
We promise that at no time will we ask you to increase the commission that you have agreed to pay us when we sell your business. In return, please don't ask us to reduce it. We don't work for a salary, and we don't get paid unless we produce results for our clients. Our commission is our livelihood. We are experienced professionals and specialists, we do a good job at what we do, and we work very hard to earn our pay. Please don't ever fool with it.

Paperwork
Finally, please don't delay in providing us with all of the paperwork and other information that we have requested from you. It's what the buyer needs to see before they even consider making an offer, and we need it as soon as possible to begin our work.
